Get in touchAt Rubislaw Park, we adopt a person-centered approach to care, working closely with each resident and close friends and family members to develop a comprehensive care plan that can be adjusted as needs change. Each resident is assigned a nurse or key worker to ensure consistency of care and the appropriate level of assistance. No matter what, we want to make sure that our residents are safe, happy, and fulfilled.
Residents at our facility Rubislaw Park also benefit from a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach, which allows us to deliver complete medical treatment by bringing professionals from a variety of disciplines together in a coordinated and effective manner. Once our residents have been assessed the first time, however, it certainly won’t be the last. Our residents undergo regular assessments to guarantee that each one is receiving the best treatment for them.
Prior to admission, our Manager will be more than happy to meet with you for a complete consultation to discuss your or your loved ones individual needs and wants, as well as to provide you with additional information about Rubislaw Park. We understand that settling in takes time, and we actively seek feedback from you, your friends, and family throughout the process. Together, we can work to ensure that our facilities are as functional as they can be.
