    Rachel is a Registered Nurse and is Clinical Deputy Manager, working with Anna and Gayle. Rachel is responsible for managing the clinical team within the nursing unit and ensuring the residents’ individual needs are met whilst delivering the highest standard of clinical care.

    Ross, our Head Chef, joined our team in 2022 with over 20 years of culinary experience. He oversees our kitchen operations and designs menus tailored to our residents’ preferences. Ross actively engages with residents to accommodate their dietary needs and preferences, always encouraging feedback. Trained in preparing staged food for various abilities as well as being proficient in fine dining, Ross ensures a diverse and delightful dining experience for all our residents.

    Meet Rosie Mullen, the heart and soul of Rubislaw Park and our dedicated Activities Manager. Rosie oversees our activities team, planning and leading diverse daily events to ensure there’s something for everyone. Beyond enriching our residents’ lives, she tirelessly fundraises year-round to foster a true sense of home and prevent boredom. Rosie’s exceptional dedication and love for our community were recognized when she became the overwhelming winner of our first Employee of the Month award in 2022. With over 25 years of experience, Rosie continues to embody our commitment to providing vibrant and engaging experiences at Rubislaw Park.

    Susan joins the nursing team at Rubislaw Park with an abundance of expertise in tissue viability and infection prevention control. Her experience and expertise brings a wealth of skills in relation to wounds and promoting healing by first intention.

    Perfecto has been with Rubislaw Park for over 10 years and works within our Cults & Cove Dementia Unit to ensure that our residents are looked after and enjoying their days.

    With over 15 years of experience in dementia care, Perfecto leads the Cults and Cove unit with dedication and compassion. His focus is on fostering independence while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Additionally, he is am trained in medication administration to ensure the highest level of care.

    Lynn is a great addition to our team at Rubislaw Park. Lynn is a qualified Dementia Friend and regularly works in both our Dee Don Nursing Unit and Cults & Cove Dementia Unit.

    As a dedicated leader in our nursing unit, Lynn brings hard work, compassion, and passion to everything she does. In addition to my extensive experience, she is specially trained in medication administration and minor procedures, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

    Michelle, our Housekeeping manager, oversees a dedicated team at Rubislaw Park, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control. Since joining the Rubislaw team in 2020, Michelle has consistently gone above and beyond, not only maintaining impeccable standards but also acting as our minibus driver for resident outings, ensuring everyone arrives safely. Michelle has a special bond with the residents, taking the time to ensure everyone feels truly at home.

    John Green, our Maintenance Manager, joined the Rubislaw family in 2020 and has become an integral part of our team. He ensures all building operations run smoothly, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. In 2024, John designed and built our dementia sensory garden, a beautiful and therapeutic space that has been named in his honour.

    Kara joined the Rubislaw Park team in 2019 and initially worked in our hair salon. When COVID-19 restricted beauty appointments, Kara transitioned to the front-of-house role and quickly became the friendly face of our company. As the first point of contact for Rubislaw Park, her warmth and professionalism shine through. Kara also assists with administrative duties and oversees all visitors and staff who enter the building, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.
