RGN/RMN Nurse – Permanent Role
Due to the recent increase of residents moving into our luxury care home, Rubislaw Park Care Home is currently recruiting for a Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate, (RGN or RMN), will have the option of working either day or nightshift from 8am to 8pm for days or vice versa for nightshifts.
Applicants must have great communication skills, be motivated to offer the highest standards of care and be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required.
Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed. You will always be supported by a mix of Carers and Senior Carers.
Applicants will be qualified RGN/RMN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly with a valid, up-to-date PIN. You should have a minimum of two year’s post qualified experience. Experience in care for the elderly would be advantageous.
The position is full-time, however part-time hours can be discussed. The role offers great rates of pay (£17 to £18.50 per hour) and a first-class working environment coupled with being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
