Our palliative care service at our nursing home in Aberdeen has been formed by working closely with colleagues in the NHS to provide a bespoke end-of-life care service within our Nursing Unit.
To be able to provide care and support to residents at any stage is a privilege, but we are proud to be able to help support those in our community and their loved ones during an emotional and difficult time. Our team of highly-skilled nurses and care professionals go above and beyond to ensure residents receiving palliative care feel as comfortable, supported, and dignified as possible.
