It is also a great option for those feeling lonely in their own home or who would benefit from a group living environment. Similar to residential care, nursing care also provides 24/7 care and support but it is designed for those who require clinical care from a team of registered nurses who can assess health conditions and administer medical treatment.

The care plans we tailor for our residents are regularly monitored and assessed. If a resident’s care needs change while living at Rubislaw Park, our team will work with them and their family members to adjust their care plan as necessary to ensure their needs are continously met. Rubislaw Park is proud to provide a continuum of care meaning that should care needs change, residents can move to another care unit at our care home.

The services and facilities provided by care homes and nursing homes will vary, but at Rubislaw Park Care Home, you can expect 24-hour assistance, personal care and medical care as well as housekeeping and laundry services, daily meals, activities, entertainment and all-inclusive facilities to help to improve wellbeing.
